Graziano’s opened in 1994 by two friends who met at Cornell University. Twenty six years and four kids later Steve and Maria are still friends. Both attended the Culinary Institute of America and are passionate about serving carefully selected foods made from scratch using fresh natural ingredients.
All sauces, soups, dressings, and desserts are made in house. Bread started the day as flour, yeast, and water in our bakery. The pizza ovens are fueled with apple, cherry and oak hardwoods for a unique flavor and blistered artisan crust. We never use preservatives, msg or trans-fats. We deal with local suppliers who share our commitment to quality. We are in the happy customer business.
